Illegal instruction with TransformProcessType or GetCurrentProcess

I'm having an interesting problem. I'm working on maintaining System.Windows.Forms for mono with Carbon and I'm using GetCurrentProcess/TransformProcessType to bring a SWF app to the foreground.

I don't have a PowerPC to test it with, but with an Intel Mac mono I'm getting:

Program received signal EXC_BAD_INSTRUCTION, Illegal instruction/ operand.
0x903d3f7b in CGSGetCoreGraphicsVersion ()

This never happened before I updated the rest of my mono tree to head. Even backing down to the old version doesn't improve the situation. I haven't updated any software from Apple.

I'm not sure how to get much more information than just that. Can anyone point me to something?
