For the record, Leopard is still under nondisclosure to ADC
members only, except for the information available to the public
on www.apple.com/macosx, so specific questions about Leopard can't
be answered in this public forum.
Noted. I'm not a lawyer (thankfully). Wasn't sure.
If you're not sure, it's generally the best idea to write to
Apple's Developer Technical Support (DTS) instead of to a public
mailing list. Reduces the risk of being sued for breach of contract
and all that, you know... ? ;-)
