I have dual headed card in my machine and have attached multiple
monitors and i want to disable the mirroring and preventing the user
from shifting primary monitor to secondary.
Why? It is very out of the ordinary for an application to care about
the user's monitor configuration (unless it is capturing the screen,
are you?).
