I recently tried receiving one of the notifications a Cocoa
application gets from NSWorkspace's notification center from inside
my Carbon app. I never got any. Is there anything special I have to
do to get these Cocoa notifications dispatched?
Sadly, there seems to be no CFWorkspaceNotificationCenter that
carries the same notifications as NSWorkspace's notification center.
Uli, what notifications are you looking to receive?
Looking through the notifications in NSWorkspace.h, it looks like
there is an equivalent way to do most of that with Carbon code.
