In shiny new code, is there any need to use SetControlBounds(), or
can one consider that deprecated in favor of HIViewSetFrame()?
There's no reason to use SetControlBounds.
So are you saying they do the exact same thing in all windows --
composited and noncomposited -- with the exception of one taking a
Rect and the other taking an HIRect?
