Well, as I thought about it more, I don't think I need to. I'm going
to proceed with plan "A".
In any case, HIViewCreateOffscreenImage is probably not what you
need to be using. I've heard of it being used by developers to do
things such as animated views, where you want to capture the
contents of a view hierarchy and then fade it in or out of view.
Ah interesting. Okay.
