No, but I don't see a massive point in a 64-bit web browser so it's kind of moot.

The one case I can think of is where an app that is 64 bit for some other reason but that also includes a WebKit view for some entirely separate reason. I wouldn't have thought it was particularly common and that odds are that you wouldn't really need plugins. I believe it's true to say that the old 'netscape' style api means that most browser plugins out there are Carbon based.
