The only changes necessary should be use of the corresponding Pasteboard API instead and UTIs instead of OSTypes. All the same data types are used. The addition of 'phfs', promising of 'fssP', asking for drop/paste location and fulfilling the 'fssP' promise remains the same. If this isn't working for you, please send a bug or write a documentation enhancement. There are some positive changes coming in Leopard that should slightly simplify the situation for 10.5 and forward as well. These could all be written up together.

I'm dealing with creating promised file drags right now too, and I must say that trying to figure this out is aggravating, especially when there seems to be no Pasteboard-centric replacement for the old Drag Manager TN.
