Apple has said repeatedly that these lists are NOT for giving feedback to Apple. The Apple folk on these lists are by and large volunteers and probably do not control resource allocation. File bugs for what you need, communicate directly to Apple decision makers, use a feedback email address, or go to the feedback forums at WWDC.
