OSA Scripting

I'm playing with sending an apple event from a plug-in to InDesign using the Open Scripting Architecture. I made a Carbon test app which it sends it and works just fine. When I try it from my plug-in it crashes compiling the script:

What the heck is the OpenGustavResourceFile ? Is there something I need to do to prep a call to the OSA stuff ? My test app calls everything the same way without any problems.
