The cursor is blinking in the previous position of your text object.
Suppose you create an MLTE text object pos x,y.
Cursor is blinking correctly.
You scroll you page (as you explained)
MLTE text object still thinks its position is x,y not x+scoll, y+scroll.
I think that's why the cursor is not blinking at the right pos.

I'm afraid you'll have to reposition the text object with TXNSetFrameBounds

It doesn't work. In fact, I have the same behaviour (ie. cursor blinking in a wrong place) when I do :
Create Window
SetOrigin different from {0;0}
TXNCreateObject
TXNFocus

I have the impression there is a bug. I'm going to make a test app to check if it doesn't come from my code and then I'll file a bug...
