Is there a documented way of doing a "one-bounce" with the dock?
I had been using the Notification Manager in Carbon with a simple zeroed out
NMRec with only qType, nmMark, and nmIcon specified. To get the single
bounce, I had simply done a NMInstall(&myNMReq); NMRemove(&myNMreq);
This works great, except if you turn on "Announce when an application
requires your attention" in Speech in System Preferences, the Speech Manager
crashes my app every time with:

Is that a Speech Manager bug or is there a proper way of doing the
"one-bounce"? (This is in 10.2.2, if it matters)
