Re: NavCreateAskSaveChangesDialog deactivation problem

One thing that puzzles me slightly -

Surely if the ask save changes dialog is visible, and you click 'dont save' (or press D), the parent window is gonna be closed immediately afterwards anyway?

In what situation is this not the case?

If you hit cancel the parent remains open, but the bug is not happening on cancel, AFAICS.

FYI, All MacZoop apps use this standard dialog in sheet form on X.

I've fixed this bug, but in order to get this fix into an update I
need to provide a list of apps which this effects. Besides SimpleText,
I've been unable to find many apps that actually use the standard "Ask
Save Changes" sheet. I would appreciate it if you could send a list of
apps you've worked on or use that are effected by this bug. Thanx in
advance.

If, instead of clicking the sheet's "Don't Save" button, one presses

active again. The window _looks_ active, in terms of its window frame
and controls, but IsWindowActive() returns false.

I've also noted the same problem -- it is *definitely* a bug in Nav
Services
in 10.2. In my case the window remained visible and active, but
DisposeWindow failed to actually dispose the window. It was kind of
like
the window wasn't recognized by the system for anything but the
standard
handlers.

I just remembered that when I tried to submit the bug, I had problems
getting the bug into the system. I'll go back and file it, unless you
want
to file yours first...
