Re[2]: While We're Focused On Launching Applications...

This has always been one of the great mysteries of LSOpenFromRefSpec. Nobody
has ever answered what is supposed to go in there. Perhaps the answer is
being reserved for the $1,000,000 question in Who Wants to be a Millinairre
:)

Hi Matt,

Oh great - so somebody ELSE has had the same problem. Alright - I'm off to bugreport.apple.com and then onto figuring out some other way to get the same thing done.

SIDEBAR: If anyone's interested, sending an AppleEvent into a MacOSX 10.1.5 Cocoa application from a carbon app via the AppParameters struct member and a call to LaunchApplication requires that a standard AE handler be used to receive the event because a registered objective-C handler never sees it.
