RE: static CFSTR in C



Doesn't this work?

In "globals.cp"

static CFStringRef gSomething = CFSTR("Something");

In globals.h

extern CFStringRef gSomething;

Note that a CFStringRef is implicitly const -- it's not a CFMutableStringRef
