If you're interested in how it works, George Warner and I had a discussion about this quite a while ago, and he explained how this works at length there, and also provided some sample code which I cleaned up a little and put up on my web site:

(MachO - CFM Glue) This also includes code to call a CFM function from MachO, by generating some assembly, which is the part where George lost me ;-)
