Project Builder displays sharp, easy-to-read Monaco 10 text. When I set
Monaco 10 in MLTE, my text is blurred (a.k.a. antialiased).

An attempt to reproduce PB's crisp text with kTXNUseQDforImagingMask
(in the TXNFrameOptions for TXNNewObject) merely gives blotchy
malformed glyphs in the all-too-familiar "QuickDraw on OS X" manner.

How can I get a crisp monospaced font in MLTE?

In the absence of replies, perhaps I should rephrase this
as an ATSUI question :-)
