Some more on popup extensions in NavDialogs

Hi,

While extending the popup extensions in NavDialogs I ran into some problems:
1) I can't seem to get rid of the "Default" or "Document" item that Carbon pushes in. Is there a way to show only my items?
2) When I get an kNavCBPopupMenuSelect select, how can I tell what's my item and what's carbon. I noticed that my items are called with 'extn' in the NavMenuItemSpec.menuCreator field in NavCBRecPtr.eventData.eventDataParms.param.
