Caret Direction

Hello;
How to Set the Caret Direction in My MultiLangual Text Editor, I want it to begin from right to left and to has the exact behavior (i'm using a multilangual text editor and can switch between two languages (english and hebrew) when i press Command and space bar i changed the current language to hebrew so the caret should change its direction to right to left and vise versa with english).
