I heard that my clients also got their only zero-byte log file.

Thanks. As I don't know about gdb at all, I didn't want to use it. But I can't help it.

Oops, one thing that I have to recall is that the error doesn't come to my Mac.
Can gdb get and trace such uncertain errors without crash?
