PEF to MachO and MSL

Hi,

After 6 hours of trial and error I managed to move a (1.5E6 lines of code) PEF app to MachO (and MSL), with 1 exception (Codewarrior 8.3). I cannot get the methods dtox80 and x80tod defined.
They (SANE originally) reside in CarbonCore/fp.h, but are conditionalized with __NOEXTENSION__
which all CW MSL prefix files define. (And I dear not remove since this probably will
mess up my math function expectations.) Anybody who have run into this and know a work around,
or know of code snippets of conversions between the 68K 80bit extended and 64bit float.
