If I remember correctly the -2856 error means that CFM couldn't find the
'cfrg' resource (usually happens when a developer "packages" or "bundles"
his app and moves all his app's resources from the resource fork to the data
fork of a separate resource file).

If that's not it then email me back and I'll look it up when I get back to
work Monday. ;-)
