Aqua Icon Kit ?

Around the time Jaguar was released last year, Apple posted an "Aqua Icon Kit" that contained some Photoshop templates for document icons and such. I even have a URL for it: http://developer.apple.com/ue/aqua/resources/AquaIconKit1.1.dmg.bin

However, it's not there anymore, and it's nowhere to be found on Apple's web site. Can someone point me to a copy or mail it to me?
