You can type "help" to know what commands are available. In this case, IIRC you should start with "log" to get a logfile on your desktop, followed by a "sc" (stack crawl) command. When you're done, you should type "end" (or maybe "endlog"?). This is all from memory, I haven't touched since OS X came out.
