Call setrlimit from CFM

Hello,

I am trying to raise the number of open files but I can't seem to find a
way to load setrlimit.
I can get the "kernel" bundle which is where I suspect setrlimit lives, but
if I call CFBundleLoadExecutable on it the call fails.
What is the right way?
