Re: How to repair home directory paths

I believe you need to use Server Admin and delete the new share point Mowgli1. Then the server should pick up the old share point.

Now that I have my server up and running again I am having problems accessing home directories. I think I figured out the problem and need to know the easiest way to fix it.

Before THE CRASH. Student home folder path names (in WGM) looked like this:
Home: afp://bagheera.thet.net/TAS/lastfirst
/Network/Servers/bagheera.thet.net/Volumes/Mowgli/Home/TAS/

NOW... After the crash (students were logging in before Mowgli had a chance to mount) they look like this:
Home: afp://bagheera.thet.net/TAS/lastfirst
/Network/Servers/bagheera.thet.net/Volumes/Mowgli 1/Home/TAS/

Note the change from Mowgli to Mowgli 1 .... Question is... WHERE and HOW do I change this and is there a way to change it for ALL the students (not faculty) quickly?
