For the sake of argument, let's say no ARD.
Can't one change the IP from the CLI? Seems like it *should* be one
of the unixisms that is meant to be manipulated by CLI.
That said, I can't figure it out.
Apple change the way this is handled from BSD to OS X, enough that a
GUI is really required?
