I'm in the midst of another Riverdeep program problem (this was triggered by
the Kid Pix question) -- anyone using Storybook Weaver Deluxe on OSX
panther, on a network? I'm having printing issues to both our black and
white and color HP printers -- frequently, when we print a story, one or
more pages (not consecutive necessarily) will not print. I've tried printing
the errant page by itself, tried copying it and printing it by itself, tried
physically moving the file (copy to a key etc) to a computer not on the WGM
network -- still no luck. Their tech support is telling me to try to print
to a standalone printer of which I have none! Anyone else had a similar
problem and found a solution?
Another issue with SBW is the webpages -- the program autosaves the SBW
project to a webpage on the HD, it gives no options - their tech support has
no solutions!
