We have been experiencing numerous instances of Retro Client turning
itself
off (as in, you open the App and the "Off" radio is selected).
>Is nobody else seeing this? I suspect it may have to do with DHCP
and/or
>network noise, but would love to know if my case is isolated or if
it's yet
>another flaw in Retrospect....
Hmmm, I noticed this for the first time today. We use retrospect
mostly for our servers but it does back up one OS X client computer
daily. I noticed retrospect was turned off after we moved the computer
across the room (to a new port on the switch.) Not sure if moving it
made any difference or not...It may have just been shutting it down and
starting it back up. I leave the machines on all the time, but they do
go to sleep when not in use.
