Re: AD Integration Successes and Failures

Just curious as I am also looking at this scenario...

How do you 'manage' the OS X Clients if they are not being managed through WGM?

Thanks,
Mark

I have to agree with Mike, I have one high school with a Windows 2000 AD
deployment and the teacher's 10.3.8 laptops authenticate to AD with mobile
accounts and it causes no problems. They even have home directories on a
Windows file server. The only problem that I have had with AD
integration involves Panther Server as member servers of the AD domain.
For some reason, they loose connection to the AD on a weekly basis causing
us to have to unbind and rebind them. I was hoping that 10.3.9 would take
care of the problem, but that doesn't appear to be the case.
