Windows Server will not mount

I have been working on an AD login and have been sidetracked by the fact that one of the Windows servers with the students home directories will not mount. I am told that the settings are identical to the Windows server that does mount .

Has anyone had this experience ? The Microsoft UAM Volume will mount but the Users volume doesn't even show up.
