| I recently upgraded to ARD 2.2 and am having problems observing and controlling managed client computers in my lab. I can see the computers, lock their screens, and share my screen with them, but I get connection failures if I try to observe or control their screens. The clients are managed with WGM in 10.4. I have the same problem with client machines running Panther or Tiger. I had no issues with the previous version of ARD on the same network. I can observe and control other servers and administrative computers on my network which are not managed in WGM. I would appreciate any suggestions.
