migrate netinfo to ldap

Updated server from 10.2 to 10.3.9 server. Not clean install. Am hung up in the netinfo migrate process. The progress bar advanced quickly to a half way point and has been sitting there for over an hour. maybe a 150 users records there. any ideas? TIA
