Just checking to see if anyone has run into this behavior before.
We have a load that when we try to create a new user through the
accounts panel, the account is created, but the account folder in /Users
does not have the user's permissions (it should immediately be set with
that user as owner...ours is coming up as system owner), and it doesn't
prepopulate the contents with the stuff from /system/library/user
template/english.lproj.
Now...we've messed with permissions a lot thinking we blew a setting
somewhere... but we've kind of exhausted our channels there, and now are
wondering if we didn't alter something else in the core load that is
screwing it up.
