? on a Workgroup Mangager Error code

I help maintain numerous servers and one is giving me this error code for one server. The error is this:  error type -14351

Looked around the boards and on Apple for that error code. When I look at the crash log it seems to refer to the Framework. The only fix I can think of is to reboot the machine. Is their a better answer or a place I have overlooked.

If their is a fix I would like to know.

Oh here are the specs on the WGM client and server I am using. 

WGM 10.4(230) 
OSX Server 10.3.9
