Has anyone successfully been able to get the AD plug-in to work on
their 10.3 boxes?
In particular I am interested in what you are plugging into the
different fields to get it to work.
I feel like I am close but have now arrived at the point where I am
getting an error saying I do not have permission to "bind" to AD.
Make sure you have permission to add the computer to the domain. Also
make sure that you can read all the needed attributes, which is in the
Apple KB somewhere. Sometimes with really large, replicated, AD systems
you need to pre-populate the computer accounts. This is often true for
Macs and Windows PCs.
