Approved Applications in WGM not showing up for users

10.3.7 on both ends (both server and client).. machines cloned with NetRestore just last week..

It seems that some applications put in a workgroup list are not showing up in their 'approved applications' folder until they launch them from the dock for the first time AND logout/back in. To make matter worse, if we don't have an application in
the dock (but do want them to be able to run it), it doesn't show up at all anywhere for them to be able to run at all.

Stranger still, I am seeing this with several other non-Apple applications (Accelerated Reader, Hyperstudio ((both classic apps in this case, but Office is version X)) ) , BUT it seems that the Apple apps (Safari, iMovie) show up in both just
fine...

	Any suggestions? Strange..

Thank you!

Matt
