No, it means, you're limited to 31 character file names and 2GB shares.

And file count limitations and file size limitations. The file count issues get really annoying and you end up with 20 shares just because you can only have 50K or so files per share. Then SFM takes 30 minutes to start and make all the shares available. Bleh...
