Been dealing with Scholastic for a long time concerning the RC/SRI/
Read 180 issues. The 3.X doesn't play nice with OS X. We've updated
to the 6.1 beta and guess what? It doesn't work much better. The
printing is a known issue and Scholastic is blowing smoke
someplace :) They are terrible to work with and they have the "even
if you ask don't tell" policy. They will deny any issues with their
software and allow you to spend countless hours trying to come up
with workarounds. After literally years battling with them I did get
an acknowledgment that there may be issues with their software. They
of course have a new version coming out in January that they will
$upply at a rea$onable co$t.
Educationally it is a good product but technically it is crap. Sorry
if this sounds like a rant but the printing issue is only the tip of
the iceberg.

support is pretty useless -they really don't have any suggestions.
And yes,
I've checked permissions - I didn't change anything with my work
groups
etc.
