We are looking to go elsewhere as have not got the time to spend nearly an hour on each telephone call and for the process to be started again every time. Is that how you all have to deal with it? Here in Sydney we have a good relationship with an authorized service center. If a machine has problems, we re-image it. If it still has problems, we send it to them with a rough diagnosis, and they have to deal with AppleCare themselves. |
