We have an HP LaserJet 9050n in our largest computer lab. No matter what, every print job sent from a Mac demands that the paper come from Tray 1. There are two problems with this: 1) Tray 1 only holds about 50 sheets of paper. 2) It's a lot slower than jobs processed through Tray 2 or 3.

The Macs are currently all running 10.4.2. I have tried the "reset printing system" tip from HPs web site. I have tried printing directly to the printer (as opposed to through our print server), all to no avail.

Is anyone else experiencing this?
