Re: Applecare or Self-Repair




Seems like it is global then, glad it is not just me within London.  Has anyone found a decent solution to this, as I have a Ibook that has graphics problems?

My impression from dealing with AppleCare is that Apple Care staff I
talked to was incapable of answering technical questions or relaying one
to someone that might be capable of doing it.
