Re: Sporadic loss of synch with IMAP server for users with network homes

I've got a dozen or so Mac users with network homes (AFP shared & automounted).  The users use Apple Mail to contact our IMAP server (on Tiger Server).  Periodically, Apple Mail seems to stop checking for new mail in the INBOX and other folders.

I see this every so often with Panther Server mail and my clients, including network home users, mobile users and local users.

It seems to be a Mail.app bug I reckon. If I have both Thunderbird and Mail.app running, I've seen it happen on Mail.app but not Thunderbird.
