Printers are all set in wgm and teachers need to
have all printers listed in their group ..they also have checked that they can
choose printer in print center. Apple talk is turned on at the client. We
also have older clients running os 9 with mm and they are not having any
problems printing to the same printers. They are no problems printing to
PS printers, we have older Lexmark's and new Xerox.. also some hp1300 and 1200
laser printers ..they work. The teacher group cannot see the entire
list of choices.
We are having no luck printing to our
980 Epson network printers (had them for over 6 years) and to hp 6127ink jet
printers (also networked)...I have them set up using Epson AppleTalk (or
hp as the case may be..and also tried ip the jobs seem to go but then I get the
message to start print job in the print center. A few teachers have direct USB
connections and they can print.
Anyone had similar problems? Any
solutions? Printing in the classroom is a big issue for our
teachers.
