Keeping in mind that Mail is in no way designed as a corporate email client,
I'm not sure that you really can, as that's up to the client. Entourage will
do it, but not by default. I looked at mail's rule set, but it's not in
there either.

If that's a hard requirement, I'd file a bug on it, but for now, I don't
think Mail will do that.
