Re: Hiding a share point?




For our Accelerated Reader setup we have a separate group with one user that has multi-login capabilities.  It runs in Simple Finder and no sharepoints show up, not even the HD.  Works perfectly.  Although in WGM you do have the option in Workgroup Prefs of checking the boxes of which drives you do or do not want to show up, including connected servers.  Haven't used that though.

You can use mount_afp with the 'nobrowse' flag.
