Re: OD user creation error on 10.3.9 Server

I have 10.3.9 Open Directory server running and suddenly now, while creating a new OD user, I'll get a variety of erros immediately upon clicking the 'Save' button. They are always "Got unexpected error" with some of the following details (error number varies):

- Error of type -14134 on line 487 of UserBasicPluginView.mm

or

- Error of type -14134 on line 487 of UserAdvancedPluginView.mm

- Error of type -14006 on line 225 of UserGroupPluginView.mm

- Error of type -14136 on line 1183 of UserVolumesPluginView.mm

- Error of type -14136 on line 3075 of PMMUGSearchController.mm

This is followed by a CPU lockup of two processes - slapd (which is the LDAP server) and syslogd (each running between 70-115% at times) forcing - more often than not - an undesireable restart.

Any ideas as to what it is, what is causing it and how to prevent it from returning?
