Is it considered bad practice to just ask the user to reboot when they're
done whatever they're currently working on? Are there nasty consequences to
waiting a few hours (or a few days) to reboot after an update? Besides the
non-technology risk of users (yours truly included) who don't regularly
restart their machine forgetting entirely. Our users are (mostly) trained to
shut down at night. And they tend to get concerned when their computers
reboot unexpectedly! ;o)
