Hoping someone has seen this!!.......
I have a lab of 86 G5's and they get MCX data from the same server as other labs. Basic settings like dock icons, application access, etc. Clients are running 10.4.7 and server is running 10.4.7.
When the machines are first turned on for the day and when someone logs in they don't get the dock icons, usually if they logout and log back in everything is ok then. But things should work on first login. Other labs seem to be mysteriously working fine, all labs are setup the same, same switches, VLAN, GIG backbone to 100MB to desktop. Not sure what the issue is.
Anyone have any ideas on why this would happen? Any ideas on how to fix it?
