After you send 'networksetup -listallnetworkservices' you will see that the port is labeled "AirPort" - so you were close. Try again using that - and the template is correct.

And the Applecare guys are under very specific rules to defer any discussion of CLI issues to the Tier 2 support group. On the other hand, all of the ARD systemsetup and networksetup commands are available by sending 'systemsetup -help' or 'networksetup -help' to any client system with the ARD agent. Starting on page 147 of the ARD mainual are the instructions for using the commands. You can also download the Command Line guide from the server documentation site, if you want to dabble there.
